I am a qualified and accredited clinical psychologist. As a clinical psychologist, I have been trained to assess, diagnose, and treat complex mental health difficulties. I believe that therapeutic intervention is most robust when an integrative approach is applied. In my work, I integrate different areas of psychology: attachment theory, neurobiology, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotional regulation and a relationship-based approach. I specialise in working with children, young people, families and adults. I work with a range of emotional difficulties including anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, attachment disorders, depression, anger problems, stress, relationship difficulties, adjustment, trauma, eating disorders, sleeping difficulties, emotion regulation difficulties and personality disorders.
