Having an opportunity to work through your problems in a safe, non-judgemental space can allow you the time you need to breathe, heal and repair. I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with a background in Humanistic Counselling and Compassion Focused Therapy. I work with each client or couple on an individual basis, together we will create a bespoke therapeutic toolbox, helping you to become your own therapist and gain a better quality of life.
