During this time, I recruited for health and social care providers throughout the UK, supplying staff within various older people, mental health and learning disability settings, and I have seen first-hand the positive difference that quality care can make in people’s lives. In addition to my recruitment experience, I currently work as a carer and support worker providing care and support for young adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. My experience has had a profound effect on my life and career, and continues to inspire me. That’s why I decided to set up my own home care business, by taking on my own clients and providing high quality personalised care and support for people in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible and with dignity. | |
