Welcome to Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex, located on Gatting Way, Uxbridge. Following a recent investment the complex now boasts a modern and spacious gym across two floors; with dedicated cardio, strength, resistance, functional and stretch zones, complete with almost 90 pieces of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment plus Hammer Strength kit. The main studio provides a range of fitness classes every week; from yoga to combat to HIIT and much more. Our dedicated group cycle studio has relocated to the Clive Hamilton suite and offers a number of daily sessions. If swimming is more your activity, we have a 50m indoor main pool, a teaching pool which is home to our Better Swim School programme for all ages and abilities, a leisure pool plus a 50m outdoor lido for outdoor swimming enthusiasts. Our Swim For All sessions offer water fun for all the family, while our Swim For Fitness sessions are for dedicated lane swimming, or why not relax in the poolside sauna and steam room. The sports hall hosts a variety of activities including badminton, basketball, football and also doubles as a soft play for children aged 8 and under on Sundays and Tuesdays, with a café serving hot and cold drinks and snacks on the first floor. We also offer soft play, pool or Aqua Splash birthday parties for our younger guests. As part of the complex we have an 11-a-side 3G pitch that is available to hire and the Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex athletics track boats a 400m floodlit track with long jump and triple jump pits, high jump, pole vault, hammer and discus throwing cage, spectator grandstand and much more. Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex has something for everybody to enjoy, keeping Hillingdon fit and active.
