My name is Lori Thackham and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering support to adults and young people experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. I am experienced at enabling clients to understand themselves better; work through difficult life experiences and identify needs and how to get them met in a way that promotes and supports a greater sense of wellbeing.
