nINFILL POLICYnIn order for you to book an infill, you must have at least 40% of extensions left after the outgrown ones have been removed. If you have less than this, you will need to book a full set. We know it can be difficult to see if you have enough left for an infill so donu2019t worry if youu2019re unsure. We will let you know at the beginning of the appointment, if you do not have enough for an infill. nCANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICYnntnIf you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. nnIf you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a u00a310 cancellation fee. Failure to give prior notice that you will not be attending, will result in you being charged a no show fee. The no show fee is 75% of the total amount of the service which can be found in the booking confirmation email. The card on file will be charged or you will be given an alternative way to pay. Failure to comply with this, will result in you being banned from booking with me again.nPREMIUM APPOINTMENTSnOut of hours appointments take place before 10am or after 7pm. The out of hours fee is u00a320. You can not book an out of hours appointment online. Contact us via text or send a DM our Instagram account.nBank holiday appointments incur a fee of u00a325. Add u201cBank Holiday Feeu201d to your appointment when booking for a slot on these dates. You can check up coming bank holidays using the link below.nnhttps://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays#england-and-walesnChristmas & New Yearu2019s Eve appointments will include a u00a325 fee.-nAs these are premium appointments, the premium fee will need to be paid along with the booking fee. In the event that you cancel your appointment, the premium fee will be refunded providing the cancellation was in line with the cancellation policy.
