I have been working with individuals and groups for the past twenty five years and more, helping them to find peace and harmony in mind and body. Over the years I have trained in many types of counselling and coaching therapies and found that, in this special work, people have experienced relief from stress, depression, anxiety, crisis, trauma, phobias, relationship issues and many other life difficulties.
