Hi I am a psychotherapist in advanced clinical training. I work with individuals and couples to help them move towards more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. People come to psychotherapy for a number of different reasons but underlying the decision to come to therapy is often the desire to change patterns that are limiting your potential to live the life that you would choose. In therapy, clients work to better understand themselves, to integrate all the seen and hidden parts of themselves to feel more at ease. From this place of clarity new decisions can be made and new ways to live can be explored.
