My name is Janet Stockley and I am a multi disciplined and fully qualified Holistic Therapist and Reiki Master. I help clients find balance and wellness through holistic therapy practices that seek to balance the whole person: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My services are available as one-off treatments or can form part of a treatment plan to support you as you navigate stressful times, life changes or ill health. Sometimes ill health can be a sign that your body and mind are struggling with the demands placed upon it. Using Kinesiology, for example, we may be able to identify key areas that need addressing that don’t fall within the parameters of standard approaches. This is often the case with long standing ailments that are resistant to normal therapeutic interventions. It may be that your body is trying to get your attention because the symptoms relate to past trauma or a lack of confidence and belief in yourself that is manifesting as hip problems, because you fear stepping forward into a new way of being or living. Using a multi disciplined approach, we can work with the body to release what is causing it pain and holding you back, thus enabling you to move forward with more ease and confidence.
