Accessible through our website, Qwell provides one-on-one text-based chat sessions with trained practitioners, available daily. Alongside live support, you’ll find moderated forums and interactive tools to help you connect, grow, and manage your wellbeing at your own pace. No referral needed – just support when you need it most.
