OMF is an effective all over body workout lead by ex-military instructors. We create an infectious, fun outdoor classes which are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels. There is no chance to get bored with repetitive workouts as no class is ever the same. Each Session will include a varied mix of circuit training, relays, partner exercises and running. You will achieve all over body fitness.
