As an Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Therapist, I aim to bring people back home into their bodies and a place of comfort and ease.
I had a really sore locked neck and shoulder and Emma’s great skill is her intuitive nature both within her yoga teaching and here in her therapy rooms I felt as she worked around my shoulder issues she did not only work on the shoulder but recognised a problem within the lower back and dealt with that with great expertise. I always feel in the Yoga sessions that Emma is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor and I feel incredibly ‘safe and held’ in her sessions. I would greatly recommend her therapy and her yoga.
