Hi, my name is Sheila. I’m a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor registered with the British
Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have significant training and experience in working with both couples and indviduals.
I take an integrated, person-centered approach to working with
my clients. This means that I treat each client as an individual and use different techniques and therapies
tailored to their personal situations and needs, while working at their own pace. With couples, I apply the same principles but also look holistically at both the relationship
and the individuals making up that relationship. In couples counselling, I believe that only by working to improve every piece can we strengthen the whole.
