I hope to offer a range of services to you, that bring therapy and healing to the many aspects of what makes you you. Working with a holistic approach means creating a safe space and therapeutic relationship to allow you to bring your whole self into the room, and to work with some of the many different aspects of your being, including: your emotions, psychology, physicality, spirituality, creativity, and energy. We do this through a grounded, person-centred approach, with safety and compassion at its heart. We focus on what you wish you to work on in your chosen therapy.
