I have been teaching pregnancy yoga, mum & baby yoga, menopause yoga and baby massage in my local area for over 20 years. I trained with the Active Birth Centre, the NCT, IAIM, Your Yoga Flow and Petra Coveney.Inspired by my own experience of pregnancy yoga I was drawn to the holistic benefits of the practice. A passion for yoga and dedication to womens' wellness, my aim is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women, supporting them on their pregnancy journey and as they prepare for childbirth and motherhood.It is a joy and a privilege to work with women, their partners and babies at such a special time in their lives as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood classes. All classes are infused with warmth, compassion, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of postnatal women and their babies.
