Sometimes life can feel a little overwhelming and we can find it difficult to deal with everyday situations, these are times when talking therapy can help.I am a registered BACP Counsellor. I offer time-limited or long term open ended counselling for individuals as well as couples. As a registered BACP counsellor (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) I work within their ethical framework and codes of practice.
I am experienced working with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Bereavement, Post- natal depression, Loss, Separation, Divorce, Adoption, Addiction, Self-harm, Sexual abuse, work related stress and anger issues.
I am experienced working with young people with issues like depression, self- harm, eating disorders, exam stress, bullying, anxiety, bereavement, abuse and peer pressure.
I offer a comfortable and secure counselling room which is a safe and accessible space to explore any issues you may feel are causing difficulty in your life.
